Truncations I
The remains of one of two Moorish style chimneys at Abbey Mills pumping.station which gave the building a mosque-like appearance. They have not been used.since steam power was replaced by electric motors in 1933. They were demolished.during WWII because they were a landmark for German bombers on raids over the.London docks.
